Posted - 06/04/2009 : 14:20:07 right, the chip was from an xbox and it seems theres issues with this chip and ID'ing even in the xbox, you need to solder a wire on the bottom of the board for THIS BRAND ONLY... other makes of chip work fine.
seems like something weird this chip is doing? |

Check your chip pin 1 position in ZIF. Pin contact.
What ID you got?
Can you try to read the chip? Erase, and the write? |
