Was this ever resolved? I have the GQ-4X programmer and need to read.write from the 89101. I have looked at the datasheet but, if I'm reading it correctly, it seems to have a different instruction set to the 93C46 |

can you try to use 93c46 for tc89101? try both 8 bit and 16 bit mode.
use 93c56 for tc89102? try both 8 bit and 16 bit mode.
