The chip that i want to READ/WRITE is a SOIC (8 PIN)

ZLM a question, I know that In-Circuit Serial Programming (ICSP) depends basically of the circuit, but what about reading only, not programming SOIC chips? are the testclip method reliable to read chips no matter the circuit? I ask because I know ICSP is a different story. |
