Looks like it's working, now I am inserted FF in data...data verification says OK... will test chip little bit later...and will post results

This chip is 3.6V chip, but the 62256 is 5V.
Use following line to try:

Name="MB85R256",ID="XXXX",Class="DS1230Y",Category="SRAM",MFG="FUJITSU",VCC="3.6V";

Can you try to fill the buffer with all FF and then write it?

Hello
I have tested reprogram it when I selected chip 62256, looks like everything is OK, but I can't write FF's... FF's has been replaced in to 00...why? Can somebody help me?
