Hello,
I looked at the list of supported devices only to find that my device 12C509A is not on the list.
It is possible added the device in the list? ?
ZLM Posted - 10/07/2007 : 10:20:33
Added this line to devices.txt:

Name="UPD27C4000",ID="XXXX",Class="27C800",Category="EPROM",MFG="NEC",CodeSize="524288",Adapter="16 BIT EPROM ADAPTER 42pin/combo",RVpp="5V",Message="Put chip in 42 pin socket and bottom aligned with the socket.";

Hi :-)

Finally Igot the datas I needed :-)

You can add it to the device list as UPD27C4000D, NEC as a 27C400 drop pin replacement :-)

Hi :-)

I wasn't able to find one too :-( that's why I asked here :-(

I have only one of it, not mine, that I must read to repair another product that had it's eprom killed.
I can't let it got elsewhere as I must send t back to it's owner.

I did not find datasheet of it. If you have it please forward it to me. Then I can let you know how to add this chip in GQ-2X supported list.

Hi :-)

I don't find the D27C4000D from NEC in the list.

It's an UV EPROM, 40 pin DIP, what is the setting for GQ-2X?

Amigalement,
Voxel

Hello,
I looked at the list of supported devices only to find that my device is not on the list.

Is there an alternative to the 'MCM2708C'? The manufacturer of this device is Motorola.

Thanks!

yes. The M27C512 is a standard 27C512 EPROM. It will be supported under a generic 27C512.

Is there a reason the ST M27C512-12B1 EPROM is not on this list? Can it be programmed with the generic 27C512 setting?
