Tested on S29GL064N90TFI040 with a A22 connection. It can ID, read, write, verify, erase, blank check correctly.
Using this device line:

Based on the information from EZoSat, it should work with this adapter. The adpter has same circuit as the adapter used in EZosat testing. I can give you a picture on how to add the A22 on this ADP-003 adapter for S29GL064N90TFI040. |

thank you very much for the info's, but i am a little bit notice and i don't understanding it very well!
if i buy this adapter http://www.mcumall.com/comersus/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=3102 and the gq-4x and add the line in the device.txt can i manage to programm the chip?
