Would like to print my display - Print is not highlighted and CTRL P does not work (using Windows 2000). GQ-4x programmer. |

The PreSc key does not send the screen to printer. After pressed PreSc key, the screen stored in the memory. You need to paste it into a photo editor, such as Windows Paint or WordPad of Windows, then you can print it out from there. |

both functions do not work on my PC for some reason - not only on the GQ but other screens as well - the printer does work - tests etc. not the key board switched out - still cannot print screen either option |

Use PreSc key instead. The CTRL is reserved by application. |
