Hallo All!
Why after reading, for example STM or Fair 93C86 in 16- AND 8-bit mode after saving both results we have a 100% same contents in files (. bin)?
Maybe it's a my mistake, but typically, 16-bit contents just is swapped byte compared to 8-bit in file.

GQ-4X Hw 1.41 \ SW 6.23.

That is depending on your software. As long as you use same data file from same programmer to read and write, then there is no problem.

However, if you use a 16 bit data file from different programmer, then you need to make sure the data write to the chip in same order.
