Posted - 03/10/2015 : 08:08:52 Hi,
i have buy a GQ-4X and want to programm SPI-Flash "EN25Q64". The software supporting this chip, but i cant connect this tiny thing to programmer. The chip is soldered on pcb as BGA! (Ball Grid Array). I want to connect it with short wires direct to the zif socket but i can not find the pinning of the zif socket. The connection on pcb is no problem, i connect to the spi testpoints. :-)
is a pinning of the zif socket available?

Posted - 03/14/2015 : 15:13:53 Hi ZLM, the Adapter is useless for me. I can not unsolder the chip from the printed circuit board because i dont have the special soldering equipment. But i can connect the programmer to the spi testpoints on the pcb with short wires to program the chip "in circuit". I dont have the Pinout of the zif socket so i dont care the correct connections. can you supply this infomation please???

Not sure how many balls on your chip. Check it and find the adapter from the market.
