hello i am unable to erase sst39vf3201 tsop to write a new flash with the usb programmer gq-2x-3x each time it erases 40 to 50% and then says can not erase this chip any special way to do it

There are no special way to erase it.

Pelase read the detailed info on how to program the SST39VF3201.
