I need to flash this eprom, how I have to do?

Try to add this line into devices.txt

Name="PM25LV020",ID="9D7F7D",Class="W25X10",Category="SERIAL_EPROM",MFG="PMC",Vcc="3.6V",CodeSize="262144",Adapter="SOIC8-DIP8 or ADP-004";

Let me know if this works.
