Hello,

I'm installing "GQUSBprg 3.03" programmer software on my Windows XP Pro x64 machine and setup wizard asks for "ezusb_x64.sys".
Where can I find it?

If your XP is 64 bit, then please use Re4.0Beta5B:

http://www.mcumall.com/download/TrueUSBWillem/GQUSBPrgRe4.0Beta5B.exe

The driver for WinXP 64 bit should use USB driver 2.0.
