I am receiving write errors when programming an Intel 28F020 eprom.
Not all data is bad. Bad addresses seem to be different everytime I try to program. Here is one of the verification messages I receive when programming.

Erase completed.
Blank checking... Code
Elapsed time: 1.73 seconds.
Chip is blank
Writing... Code

Verifying... Code

Programmer is GQ-4X

I have another problem. After the device is programmed, it passes the verification. But if I read the device again the checksum changes. Each time I reread the device chechsum changes.

It seems there are some pin contact problems. Wiggling the chip when locking the chip on ZIF, this will help on contact problem.

Once chip passed verification, then the read should be OK. You can try to verify again after write-verification process.
