I bought the EPROM programmer (GQ-4X) and the adapter to record memories EPROM 16bit. In the software that came with the programmer, the code does not appear to program memories 16BIT's, example: (FFFFh), the software has only: (FFh)type 8bit's. So, I can not write memoirs 16bit. Maybe i need other software... i don't know. I ask for help who knows more ... or has already programmed with the memories of 16bits (GQ-4X).
The software works with 16bit. It just looks like 8bit buffer. But the buffer can be any bit long. The software knows how to deal with the 8bit to 16bit buffer.
Thanks for your help! So the first 2 lines in the software equivalent of a single word in memory? I do not understand how it can be. My program has a code with 4 bits in hex and the software has 2bits in hexadecimal. Still, I tried plan (M271024) and gave me error early on. Not easy!
