Hi to all.

One days ago i try to recover pendrive chip 1gb this chip ID is:

HY27UGO88G5B

HY27UG088G5(D)B 57nm 1Gb 128KB DDP 3.3V / x8 TSOP / LGA NOW 2CE / Dual CH.

I can read with any programmer for ejample Gq4-x OR ANOTHER???

This chip only supported on hi-end programmer. Such as VP490, Xeltek 500S etc.

Xeltek 500S i think that not support this chip:

i dont found this programmer and chip in this list.....

Checked again, it is VP990 and Xeltek 5000E.

VP990 and Xeltek 5000E and Elnec beeprog+ is expensive
i can send to you cheaper than programmer with support over 8000 device and you can add new device

Beeprog+ is nearly 60000 devices and likely much faster than what you are offering.

But for some, speed isnt a requirement.

also, 40 pin means adapters are going to be expensive?

as the tsop/whatever else adapters wont be universal ones.

universal tsop48 adapter is like $30

Hi to all thanks for compare products.......

To read this NAND CHIP its very hard....i buy the xeltek programmer because its "the most cheap" for NAND FLASH, very fast and very easy to use.

But mcumall have more adapters and good programmers to small chips.Its a good solution and cheap.But i think that mcumall search o research about this chips.Its posible open more market....

But talk about this chip its very nice to research about how to work about this......

If the people like to know how tu run this flash chips check this:
