The supported chipset list for the True USB Willem Programmer (GQ-2X) does not show the SST37VF010. However, it does list the SST39VF010. I would like to copy from a SST37VF010 to a SST39VF010. I suspect the GQ-2X can read a SST37VF010. Can anyone confirm this? I think the main difference between these chips has to do with the voltage required to erase or such. I simply need to read the SST37VF010.

Yes. You can read the SST37VF010 by select SST39VF010.

But it may not be able to write the SST37VF010. The new device string is needed to write the SST37VF010.
