if i write with lock option checked, i can write the eep, but dont work because i can write another time the eep.
But if i press CTRL + L, program send me a window with Not Supported. i think the problem is the device because i cannt find 24c04WP on device, only 24c04 ST24c04.... All without WP.

Do you have the datasheet?
Are you certain the chip supports that function?
Usually WP on 24 series EEPROM is performed by pin 7 on DIP or SOIC.

i can not find datasheep for specific 24c04WP but have the same to 24c04, the difference is: This chip can be locked by programmer. Maybe the chip can get lock function writing as normal?. You can use google to find big amount of this kind of chip. I am inventing nothing.

Do you have a reference that shows it can be locked by a programmer?

Taken from the datasheet of a SIMILAR device;

"The sequence to use the Write Protected feature
is:
– write the data to be protected into the top of the
memory, up to, but not including, location 1FFh;
– set the protection by writing the correct bottom
boundary address in the Address Pointer (5
MSBs of location 1FFh) with bit b2 (Protect flag)
set to ’0’. Note that for a correct fonctionality of
the memory, all the 3 LSBs of the Block Address
Pointer must also be programmed at ’0’."

Without the proper datasheet its only speculation.
