It is Static Random Access Memory and you can not copy RAM. Contents of RAM changes all the time.

Looking at the data sheet's look's like this converted into the K6T1008C2E

This is in GQ-4X programmer device list (K6T1008C2E) under samsung
the 2 chip seem to be the same thing

Name="K6T1008C2E",ID="XXXX",Class="BQ4015",Category="SRAM",MFG="SAMSUNG",VCC="5.5V",PINVCC="ZIF32_PIN32",CodeSize="131072",Package="DIP32",Message="Short the chip pin 32 and pin 30 by a 10K resistor or a wire.To keep CS2 pin high"

Part KM681000CLP-7L
Category Memory => SRAM => Low Power => 1 Mb
Description Description = KM681000C 128K X 8 Bit Low Power CMOS Static RAM ;; Organization = 128Kx8 ;; Vcc(V) = 4.5~5.5 ;; Speed-tAA(ns) = 55,70 ;; Operating Temperature = C,i ;; Operating Current(mA) = 60 ;; Standby Current(uA) = 15 ;; Package = 32DIP,32SOP,32TSOP1 ;; Production Status = Eol ;; Comments = Converted Into K6T1008C2E
