These devices have a voltage different from writing that of reading, your problem can be the soft TOPWIN, that version you have? you can unload the last version of http://www.top2048.com/gb/soft.htm

I have try with last software version.
I can not write the 27011 eprom.
I try with 27011 and 27513 set.
In 27011 set, no read and no write
In 27513 set, the writing stop in first address of memory

help.
Perhaps the tension for programming is'nt correct.
(With write command the software stop in first addres and display this error "file=00 chip=ff").
I ask, is possible to forced the programming voltage whit external tension without damage the top programmer?
The top2004 programmer factory have a consumer suport mailbox?

Best Regard
