Top 2004 works with the software from the install CD.
Latest download has issues with the USB . It requests that the USB software be installed so I install it and upon a relaunch of Topwinen it askes for the usb install again. What is the correct procedure to update? Will it update over the top of the earlier version as I tried or does it require a complete uninstall prior to updating?

It needs to uninstall the older version before install the newer version software.
